| Can I combine or use more than one certificate? |

| Our travel based offers cannot be combined in most instances, and do not accommodate group travel. Our real-time booking discounts along with our savings books and dining offers can be combined. Our Suite and Dream Week offers can accommodate up to 10 guests in one Condo! We also offer several packages that feature combination airfare, cruise, hotel, dining, theme park discounts etc., that can be booked together as a single package. |

| Does this offer expire? |

| Every VT sponsor has the ability to set an expiration date for each certificate they offer. Refer to the "Express Reservations" box on your certificate. If it does not bare an expiration date, then your offer will be valid indefinitely. Please note that from time to time our offers can change. | Do I have to sit through a mandatory timeshare presentation? |

Some accommodations offered are located in resorts that are timeshare related and may offer you a perk for taking their tour, but this is strickly voluntary. | Do I have to redeem this offer online, or can I redeem it by phone or mail? |

| Although we do accommodate redemptions by mail, our certificates cannot be redeemed over the phone. Complete and mail your original printed certificate to the redemption center address noted on the certificate. NOTE: Over 26 of our current offers feature up to a $10.00 discount for redeeming them online. |

Yes. We offer a 45 day unconditional money back guarantee on all of our products, with the exception of any digitally delivered product (i.e. $1k Shopping Spree, $1k Grocery Savings, $25, $50, $100 Fine Dining Gift Certificates etc.). Simply return any unused / undamaged item to our redemption center for a full refund or to exchange it with another offer of your choice!
Digital items are automatically delivered by email once your individual discount code has been generated. Once generated, we cannot offer a refund.
