How do I redeem my certificate and what happens after I redeem it?
When you complete and submit this page you will receive a reservation form by US mail to book your reservations. This booking form is simply filled out and mailed to the travel agency booking center address noted. Once received, they will contact you to confirm your passenger information and travel dates.

Is airfare included?
No, airfare is not included. You will need to arrange your own flights or other form of travel to the departure port. We offer several airline certificates including a Two for One Companion Airfare certificate you can utilize to make your vacation even more affordable. Terms of Booking Your Cruise:
After you receive your reservation form and mail it to the fulfillment center, you will be contacted within 10 days to book your travel. You will have one year from the issue date on your reservation form to book your reservations. Valid only on cruises of 3 nights or longer. This offer is for cruise only. Airfare is not included. Port charges, non-commissionable fees, government taxes and gratuities are additional. Black-out dates are from February through August of each year. Guests are required to be 21 years old to travel. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent, relative or guardian 25 years or older. You will receive your initial reservation form within 5 to 10 business days of redeeming this certificate.

No purchaser should rely upon representations other than those included in this certificate. This certificate has no cash value and is void if discontinued or where prohibited by law. The terms of this certificate are subject to change without notice. The certificate holder is responsible for the terms and conditions as they apply on the date of redemption.
