How do I redeem my certificate and what happens after I redeem it?
When you complete and submit the processing and S&H fee on the following page, you will receive a reservation booking form by US mail within 5 to 10 business days. This form will bare complete booking/reservation instructions. Fill it out and return it to the fulfillment center address provided. You will be contacted by a representative from the fulfillment center to confirm your travel plans.

Is travel included?
Travel to the airport is not included. You will need to arrange your own form of travel to the departure airport. Transportation will be provided from the destination port to your hotel.

Terms of this certificate:
To be eligible for this offer you must be at least 21 years of age and gainfully employed. If married, you must use this vacation together. Canadian citizens can choose from the following locations: Orlando; Daytona Beach; Las Vegas; Hawaii; Puerto Vallarta and Cancun. This vacation offer provides accommodations for two (2) adults. Up to two children under the age of 18 may stay in their parents’ room for a $5.00 per night per child charge. A $50.00 refundable room deposit will be required. A min- imum of 45 days is required for processing. When requesting your reservation, you must choose first, second and third different resort locations and your arrival date (this is required to process your reservation due to changing availability). When your reservations are confirmed, the fulfillment center. will prepare and mail a written confirmation, with directions and check-in times. Your written confirmation and two forms of identification (drivers license, for verification of age, and a major credit card (no debit cards) must be presented at the resort at check-in. This offer does not include food, transportation, taxes, tips, telephone calls or items of a personal nature. Sorry, no pets. Service fees for certain amenities may apply. All room accommodations are subject to the availability of the fulfillment center room allotments. During peak seasons, conventions, holidays, or when room allotment is full, the fulfillment center reserves the right to substitute a different premier resort destination. Three different destinations must be selected, and if your first choice is not available, your second or third choice will be processed. All accommodations are in a hotel or motel in the resort area. Check-in day varies depending on location. Two or more vacation certificates may not be used concurrently or within the same year. Differ- ent certificates may be used 12 months apart. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount and is not valid for groups. You must allow 30 days or more between vacations when utilizing your 7 vacations. You cannot travel to the same location twice with this program or any other program. Vacations must be completed before the expiration date.
