	Once you receive your booking form if for any reason you are not satisfied with your discount offer just call our office and we will arrange for you to return it for a refund. In addition, all of the incentives we distribute are redeemed by reputable travel related companies based in the USA. The incentives, certificates and coupons they offer are backed by their own refund policies and booking procedures noted on each of our certificates. If for any reason these affiliated incentive companies do not deliver the incentive under the agreed upon terms, we will reimburse you for any reservation and or bookings fees incurred.
